Cancellation Policy / No Show Charges :

Peak Seasons ( 20th December – 20th February )
Cancellation received by the hotel between 21 days prior to arrival day, no fee will be charged.
Cancellation received by the hotel less than 21 days prior to arrival day, a cancellation fee 100% of the total value of booking will be charged.
No show fee 100% of the total value of booking.

High Seasons ( 20th February – 15th April )
Cancellation received by the hotel between 14 days prior to arrival day, no fee will be charged.
Cancellation received by the hotel less than 14 days prior to arrival day, a one night accommodation will be charged.
No Show fee 50% of the total value of booking.

Summer Seasons ( 16th April 2011– 31st October )
Cancellation received by the hotel between 7 days prior to arrival day, no fee will be charged.
Cancellation received by the hotel less than 7 days prior to arrival day, a one night accommodation will be charged.
No show will be charged 1 night.

High Seasons ( 01st November – 20th December )
Cancellation received by the hotel between 14 days prior to arrival day, no fee will be charged.
Cancellation received by the hotel less than 14 days prior to arrival day, a one night accommodation will be charged.
No Show fee 50% of the total value of booking.
